Tembleque
Tembleque We Boricuas love Ajo, coconut, and Christmas, The next plate of food we will be talking about is a food that I am not a fan of but it brings many nice memories of my childhood in Puerto Rico. There was an event in schools all around Puerto Rico where many cultural foods while be brought to tables, for example, tainos or typical plates of food towards cultural then everybody will dress in our cultural hibaritos outfits then there was this table in which you were allowed to grab two snacks in witch where typical towards Puerto Rico This was called temblueque. Tembleque is the version of coquito but in a dessert, Tembleque is translated as a coconut pudding when we celebrated our culture was the first time I learned what tembleque was it was not my favorite but I believe its important towards one culture.
